Racks
Cooling — CRAC / shelter ECU
Setpoint 18 °C supply · ΔT to return reflects total IT heat load · units are N+1 (one can carry the trailer)

What this is. A working monitoring UI driven by simulated telemetry — but the numbers are grounded in the real MDK-C build: device power specs (PowerEdge R770 150/650/1500 W, PowerSwitch S5232F 130/360/635 W, S4148F 110/165/280 W, S3048 55/90/150 W, Z9864F 500/1500/2848 W, DGX B200 3.5/12/14.3 kW), the 7-rack loadout, and 3-phase 415 V / 60 A-per-drop / A ⁄ B feeds from the rack plan.

power = idle + load·(max−idle); power drives exhaust ΔT, which drives fan RPM; rack inlet tracks CRAC supply air. PDU amps = P ⁄ (√3·415·0.95) vs the 60 A breaker. Alarm thresholds are the ASHRAE A1 / NEC values from the design doc (inlet warn 27 °C ⁄ crit 32 °C, rate-of-rise, humidity 20–80%, breaker 80 ⁄ 90%, A/B imbalance, PSU/fan, data-freshness). Sim time is compressed (≈1 tick / 2 s) so faults and rate-of-rise alarms develop in seconds. Click any rack for per-device drill-down.
